LED Diagnostic Code Troubleshooting Guide

Please use the following troubleshooting guide to diagnose problems with an LED Diagnostic Code on Intellicode-equipped Genie garage door opener safety beam sensors. If you are still experiencing problems, please call Customer Service at 800-849-3998, 9am-5pm Pacific Time Mon-Fri. or email us.
